  • Aaron Herzberg is a partner at CalCann Holdings, Inc., a California medical marijuana real estate company with a portfolio of licensed medical marijuana businesses and properties in California. Herzberg is also a strategist, corporate lawyer, cannabis policy expert, and entrepreneur specializing in California’s nascent legal cannabis industry. Recognized for his influence, Herzberg has been interviewed by reporters including Forbes, Rolling Stone, and the New York Times for his insight into the emerging cannabis industry.

    Herzberg’s expertise has allowed him to successfully raise over $28 million in investment capital for his projects at CalCann since January of 2015. These projects include two new licensed dispensaries in Santa Ana, CA known as “OC3” and “Bud and Bloom” as well as a 50,000 square foot soon-to-be municipally licensed cultivation and processing facility in Lynwood, CA.

    Herzberg’s experience and knowledge of the cannabis industry resulted in his serving on the City of Long Beach’s Medical Marijuana Task Force and being a founding member of the Nevada Cannabis Industry Association.  In 2015, Herzberg was selected as a Super Lawyer, a distinction that is limited to the top five percent of lawyers nationwide. Furthermore, he is a recipient of an AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

    Chris Francy is a serial entrepreneur whose company Xoxide Inc. was acknowledged by Inc Magazine and ranked #104 on its top 500 fastest-growing companies list. Francy was honored by President Obama in the white house in 2012 when he was awarded the “Young Entrepreneur” award during a White House ceremony from the U.S. Small Business Administration.

    Chris founded award-winning corporation, Xoxide Inc., a well-established computer components e-commerce retailer. As a result of Francy’s management, Xoxide Inc. reached a milestone of over $100M in annual sales.

    As a partner in CalCann, Chris has been involved in cannabis-related transactions of over $20 million since January of 2015. These projects include two new licensed dispensaries in Santa Ana, California known as “OC3” and “Bud and Bloom” as well as a 42,000 square foot municipally licensed cultivation and processing greenhouse facility in Desert Hot Springs, California. The company is presently acquiring an 11-acre, 180,000 ft2 greenhouse in Monterey County for cultivation and is also in escrow for over 110,000 sq feet of Real Estate in Lynwood, CA where they seek to entitle the facilities for cultivation and processing of concentrates.

    Christopher Bowen is a California real estate broker and graduate of the University of Southern California.  Christopher’s experience representing commercial tenants and property owners in acquisitions, sales, and leasing totals over 500,000 square feet and more than $30,000,000 in consideration.  Prior to joining CalCann, Christopher held positions with the largest public and non-profit organizations in Los Angeles County, the City of LA Real Estate Services Division and USC Real Estate & Asset Management, respectively.
